Cancellation Policy
I understand that things can come up. I value your time, and I hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will incur a cancelation fee of 50% of your service.
Latecomer Policy
Please be sure to arrive on time. Any late arrivals, more than 15 minutes, will possibly rescheduling and will incur a late cancelation fee.
No Show Policy
Please be advised that my salon has a no-show policy whereby any no-shows will be charged a cancelation fee.
Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your service, I will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.
